To participate in the Actual Cash affiliate program
you must agree to, and follow, these rules: |

The following definitions apply in these terms and conditions:
We / Our / Us: Actual Cash System / Program: Actual Cash Affiliate Program
You / Your / Webmasters / Affiliate: The person who has agreed to participate in the Actual
Cash Affiliate Program and whose name may appear on the sign-up form. |

You will be paid $15 per initial sign-up and $15 for each rebill.
All funds are paid in U.S. Dollars, payments are sent twice per month.
Payment options:
USD cheque (minimum payout is $100 , $3 handling fee apply).
ePassporte (minimum payout is $100, $2 transaction fee apply).
Wire transfer (minimum bank transfer amount is $300. Wire fee: $30).
You may set your own minimum payout.
Please contact us with your account name and the amount you would like your minimum payout to be.
If you do not earn the minimum in a single pay period your balance will be carried over to the next period.
For webmasters who prefer to get their payments from CCBill, "CCBill Only" option available.
With this option all transactions for your account will be processed by CCBill, cascading billing will not be available.
You will be paid directly by CCBill. |

You are free to generate traffic by any method that is not in violation of the
terms herein. |
| |

| |

| |
Spamming is strictly prohibited. This includes e-mail spamming, newsgroups, ICQ
and IRC.
If you violate this term of the agreement your account will be terminated immediately
and you will not be paid. |

The action of sending any hits from any URL which contain and/or promote the following
content,
programs or linking practices will result in the immediate cancellation of the
account from which the hits
were sent and the forfeiture of any funds owned by that account:
child pornography, bestiality, rape or any act of violence, warez, mp3 and password
selling or trading. |

Actual Cash reserves the right to close any account that is suspected of fraudulent
activity.
Actual Cash also reserves the right to withhold payment from any webmaster suspected
of participating in fraudulent activity. |

Do not hotlink the banners or content from our server.
We will not pay out to webmasters who fail to follow this instruction. |

| |

| |
| |
Do not attempt to defraud the system by any means including, without limitation,
signing up yourself under your own account, hit bots, robots, multiple clicking
devices, hacking, invisible frames, meta tags,
or similar cause or action.
Such attempts will cause immediate cancellation of account without notice.
We will not pay out to you should this occur. |

Actual Cash cannot be held liable for defects to the system including without
limitation any failure of performance, error, omission, interruption, deletion,
defect, delay in operation or transmission,
communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, alteration
of, or use of records,
whether for breach of contract, tortuous behavior, negligence, or under any other
cause or action. |

We reserve the right to cancel this program at any time, without prior notification.
In such cases you will be notified immediately and paid for ALL accumulated funds
up to that point in time. |

We reserve the right to terminate your account if it is idle for more than a 2
months.
In such cases you will be notified in advance. |
| |
|
| |
|
|
| |
| |
We reserve the right to change the payout rate within 3-days' notice. |
| |

No Warranty or Guaranty.
ActualCash makes no guaranty of any kind with respect to the Program or materials provided by, through,
or in association with the Program,
and all materials are provided to Affiliate "as is," and use of the Program and associated materials is solely
at Affiliate's risk.
ActualCash disclaims all warranties, either express or implied,
including, but not limited to, warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose
with regard to the Program and any and all materials of every kind supplied to Affiliate as part of this Program. |

Changes to Agreement:
ActualCash reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to change, modify, add or remove any portion of this Agreement,
in whole or in part, at any time by posting an amended version of the Agreement on the Actualcash website.
Changes in this Agreement will be effective when posted.
Your continued use of the Actualcash website after any changes to this Agreement are posted
will be considered acceptance of those changes. |
